Capacity of 17 / 18 litres

It regenerates 17/18 liters of solvent in less than 3 hours with a power of only 1.60 KW, removing all impurities. A careful study has made it possible to contain energy consumption to the minimum in the category, ONLY 4.5 KW for the entire cycle which is completely automatic.

This result was achieved by avoiding all heat dispersion in the boiler since the insulation is made up of 4/8 cm of rock wool. The bottom of the oil chamber, in addition to being insulated, remains raised from the bottom. The high linear development of the electrical resistance and its low power keep the watt/cm² value low, with enormous benefits on the life of the oil. It also avoids the formation of sludge which would lower its efficiency over time.

The oil filler cap is equipped with a dipstick, for immediate checking.

The kettle can contain the heat-resistant nylon bag of our production. The use of the bag, recommended, facilitates cleaning and storage of residues.

The machine is equipped with an internal lid to prevent steam from coming into contact with the closing lid.

Every detail has been designed to make the use of the distiller easy and error-proof.

The structure, the boiling chamber, the oil chamber, the electrical resistance and the covers are in AISI 304 stainless steel; the condenser radiator is made of copper with aluminum fins. ON REQUEST it can be supplied with stainless steel tube.

Simple maintenance and ease of use make the machine suitable for non-specialized personnel.
